Located next to the Byzantine church of Christ, Aigialos is a complex of 16 luxurious traditional neoclassical houses combining the charm of Cycladic architecture with modern comforts. Set amongst quaint cobbled walkways, all 16 houses named after the prevailing winds, offer a magnificent view of the caldera, the volcano and the Aegean from their verandas and balconies. Each house has been remodeled especially for the discerning traveller to the highest specifications and with absolute respect for tradition.

The buildings have been restored by master masons using local volcanic stone and coloured lime plaster, using the same techniques as their forefathers. The houses portray a traditional nobility, elegance and beauty that is enhanced by discreet luxury ... THE BEST OF SANTORINI.
