It's always a bit confusing traveling abroad,

Our HINTS & TIPS once you arrive in Athens Greece. |
The bus lane is to your right as you exit.
Buses depart on the hour and on every half hour. You buy
your ticket from the ticket kiosk before you enter the
bus. |
Average travelling time to Piraeus Port :
90 minutes. The line connects the airport with the port
of Piraeus. (Connection with ferry routes & Metro
GREEN Line 1) |
Average travelling time to Syntagma : 70
minutes. The line connects the airport with Syntagma square
in Athens city center. (Connection with Metro Lines 2
& 3) |

There is a pedestrian flyover with access
by stairs, moving escalator or elevator for the physically
challenged which will take you to the train platforms
& ticketing desks. Train frequency : every 30 minutes
7 days a week. Average travelling time to Piraeus Port
including changeovers : 45 minutes to an hour |
1) Get the Metro BLUE Line 3 from Airport
to Syntagma square |
2) Get off at Syntagma and connect to Monastiraki
(1 stop). |
3) Connect at Monastiraki for Piraeus Port
with Metro GREEN Line 1 |
